I figured it was time to get rid of my boring old gray no-icon box, and a quick trip over to Apple's HD trailers section and a finger poised on the "Print Screen" button solved that pretty quick. Except it took me almost a half-hour to figure out why my 50x50 icon couldn't get below 15 KB. Turns out I was looking at the full-sized screenshot picture, trying to figure out how to resize it. Hurr de durr. In other news, I'm an embroidering maniac. A.C. Moore had an awesome sale on embroidery floss on Monday so I zipped out, bought all the supplies I needed, and now I can't...stop...
It's definitely a first project, my satin stitch is incurably wiggly and gross, but it's a design I've been cooking up for weeks (which some of you may be familiar with) and I've been working on it almost non-stop all vacation. Rarely have I met a craft more addicting.
